Services

Each person’s journey has its own complexities and timeline. You deserve to be heard and understood as you find your way toward loving yourself and having freedom in your life.

During one-on-one sessions, I use an Internal Family Systems-informed approach to tenderly unlock the places inside that may feel stuck or too wounded to access. Without shame or judgment, I lead each person to meet, understand, love, and heal the tremendously broken parts inside. Because IFS is so gentle, it does not re-traumatize the system, but instead invites understanding and healing.

Each session is led by the unique needs of the client, informed by your goals and circumstances.

My own journey of healing from trauma, abuse, and PTSD, has been extensive and I bring a combination of lived experience and coaching training to each session. Our sessions are a safe and compassionate space for you to tell your truth, feel your feelings, and be heard. This is where you will begin to find your authentic and whole self.

ECO-Coaching

Eco-coaching at MBW means being outside together. I integrate nature-based activities with IFS-informed coaching to support you in processing emotion, releasing trauma-related stress, and cultivating a deeper feeling of self-love. Being outdoors and engaging our bodies together, opens a door of safety and provides a relaxed atmosphere where connection comes easily.   Whether we ride side-by-side on our bikes, hike through a forest, paddle across a lake, or climb a boulder in the canyon, we will gently engage in the hard work of healing trauma. Let’s take in some sun, feel the breeze on our faces, and get outside today. Healing is possible.

Trauma Recovery

Trauma recovery is a deeply personal and transformative journey, one that deserves to be approached with compassion and care. Healing takes time, and it’s important to honor your unique process at every step. It is about building a sense of safety and connection, both with yourself and  others. With patience, the right tools, and a nurturing environment, it’s possible to not only heal from the wounds of trauma but also rediscover resilience and strength you may not have known existed. You don’t have to walk this path alone—support is available, and your healing matters. Healing is possible.

Grief & Loss

Loss is part of life and it is natural to struggle with deep and painful emotions that may come in unpredictable waves.  Grief is an experience that is common to all, but is felt very differently by each of us. Many of us are not taught how to grieve or shown how to process sadness and pain. It can feel quiet, overwhelming, alone, unexpected, and so many other ways. People grieve and feel loss for limitless reasons:  loss of a relationship, betrayal within a relationship, illness, loss of a dream, death of someone close, miscarriage, complicated childbirth, adoption, caretaking, deconstructing spirituality, etc.  If you are feeling stuck in sadness, unable to move forward, I can help. It is possible to heal and keep going, while you are feeling your feelings of grief. Let’s walk through this together. Healing is possible.

Relationship Trauma & Divorce

Relationship trauma refers to the emotional, psychological, or physical distress caused by negative experiences within intimate relationships. It can arise from various forms of abuse, betrayal, abandonment, or unhealthy dynamics between partners, friends, or family members. This trauma affects the individual's sense of safety, trust, self-worth, and emotional well-being, often having long-lasting effects that can influence future relationships. If you have experienced relationship trauma and feel stuck or unable to move forward due to self-doubt, mistrust, fears of intimacy, or other after-effects of your experience, healing is possible. You can find yourself again and move toward meaningful, connected relationships.

Parenting/Empty Nesting

Parenting is a journey filled with deep love, sacrifice, and countless moments of joy, but as children become more independent and begin to leave home, many parents face a new chapter—one marked by a sense of emptiness and confusion. It’s natural to feel a mix of pride and loss as your child(ren) steps into their own life, but during this transition there may also be questions such as “What is my purpose?” “What do I do?” “Who am I now?”  If you are struggling to find your value, your meaning, or your purpose, now that your children have left home, I can help. This can be a season of rediscovering yourself and understanding who you have become. Healing is possible.

I am a mom and I have lived this transition season. Finding ourselves again is possible.
