Sometimes life gives us hard things. Really hard things. Things that feel too heavy. Too much. Too complicated. Too shattering.
Trauma. Abuse. Neglect. Death. Pain. Unimaginable circumstances.
These can leave us feeling hollow, broken, and overwhelmed. Ashamed, anxious, and full of indecision. I understand how that feels. I have been in that place. I have been down my own journey of healing from pain that felt overwhelming and suffocating.
There is hope. Healing is possible. My desire is that you mend from the hard things you have experienced. That together, we pick up the shattered pieces of your Self and make you whole.
